Biography: Attorney
Mark Guidetti, a native of the Greater Cleveland area, is the newest
addition to Diemert & Associates. After graduating with distinction
from Kent State University, Mr. Guidetti attended Cleveland-Marshall
College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Guidetti earned employment as a
law clerk with Diemert & Associates in 2007. He was promoted to
Attorney after being admitted to the practice of law in 2008. His past
experiences include employment with the Department of Justice’s Office
of International Affairs in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Guidetti earned
employment with the firm as an Attorney after demonstrating hard work,
dedication and impressive ability during his clerkship. He currently
assists the firm’s other attorneys with legal research and drafting on a
wide array of issues. Mr. Guidetti has drafted detailed contracts,
comprehensive legislation, and complex legal opinions. He has
additionally drafted various documents that have been filed with
numerous agencies and courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court.
